Apparently the cherry tomatoes were not completely done and we got several more. Also, we picked one of our 2 eggplants. They don’t seem to be getting any deeper in color — they should be deep purple — or any bigger — just under 6 in. — so we wondered if something was wrong. Turns out it was fine. Not very flavorful though. But eggplant is not something I usually prepare or eat so I need to spend some time finding some descent recipes.
